Raised in Harlem, Tommy Gibbs becomes a successful mob boss but he clashes with the rival Mafia and his old enemy, dirty cop McKinney.
This movie is fine. The sequel is better because all the misses in storytelling and filmmaking can be excused by budget and time spent filming. This is more boring and messy.
