After the deadbeat brother of a businessman is assumed to be in on his own kidnapping, his sibling must take action to rescue him.
If they could have just dropped their half-assed attempt at a _300_-esque stylised slow-down/speed-up edit, all of the violence in _Arsenal_ might have actually come across quite well. Unfortunately, they chose to include it, which ruined literally the only good thing it ever had going for it.
